Various diseases are easily transmitted through oral sex. Sexually transmitted diseases or venereal diseases can be caused by viruses, bacteria, or fungi that thrive in warm, humid places, including the genital area and mouth. 1. Gonorrhea

Gonorrhea is a sexually transmitted disease that commonly occurs due to oral, anal, and vaginal sex. Women who give oral sex to men who suffer from gonorrhea will have a higher risk of transmission. Likewise, men who receive oral sex from women with gonorrhea. Men who are infected with gonorrhea will generally experience certain symptoms, while female sufferers show symptoms less frequently.

2. Syphilis

Syphilis is a venereal disease caused by the Treponema pallidum bacteria. These bacteria can enter your body through small sores in the mouth when you perform oral sex on someone who has syphilis sores on their genitals.

3. Chlamydia

Is a type of sexually transmitted infection caused by the bacteria Chlamydia trachomatis. Chlamydia can infect both those receiving and giving oral sex.

4. Herpes

Herpes is caused by the herpes simplex 2 (HSV2) virus which can be spread through sexual contact (oral, vaginal, or anal) and direct contact between skins during intercourse.

The HSV2 virus is highly contagious.

5.HPV (Human Papillomavirus)

You are at risk of contracting HPV if oral sex is carried out with someone infected with this virus. Generally, people who give oral sex are more at risk of contracting HPV. The reason is, he will make direct contact with semen or vaginal fluids.
